I just did a report of sales for the year. For TT users under Sales/Tax Reports. It gave me Package/Service and Product sales THEN DELETED ITEM SALES!!

What are those??? It is not a "Void" I tried that ~ I am not on the newest version I am 1 update behind. I cannot find if there is a report to tell you who, what, where, when and why.

Is this this report you can run that tells you "Hey, your employees are stealing stuff"?

It was over $3,000 at 1 store and $1000 at the other. (ARGH).

Or are they just "deleting" stuff instead of "voiding" stuff (which they shouldn't be doing anyway)? If so, do I need to go and adjust the "income" by $4000 or KILL someone?

I'd try killing someone THEN if that doesn't work call the help desk

cant you set it up so employees cant void or delete

I don't know how to "Delete" ~ they can void because sometimes people change their mind and that can be pulled up on a report.

I don't know where "Deleted sales" items are coming from

I was going to call them today but I thought I would try here first and see if it was "operator error".

Have you had any products set up in your inventory section earlier in the year that you may have discontinued or just not decided to carry anymore, and then possibly deleted the item out of inventory instead of clicking the discontinued box?

That's why your getting a deleted item on there.

I'd be willing to bet that's what it is.
