Rep Power: 0 | Tan Track Help needed I just bought tan track. I am not sure if I like it. I have not started to use it completely yet. How do I get it to compat with TMax Manger Pro. It keeps coming up with an error. I went to tools then to options then to settings. Set it for Com 1 and checked the box up in the right corner yet can't get it to work. Suggestions? |

I called tech support and they helped me once with this and now the support time line is up so I will have to pay $250 to call them up and ask questions. Stupid if you ask me. |

Sometimes someone from Tantrack gets on here and helps people out, hopefully this will be the case. There are a lot of people on here that use Tantrack so maybe they can be more help. All I can tell you is what mine is set at, but I'm sure you have a different set up than I do. |

Rep Power: 21 | Re: Tan Track Help needed Mine is set to COM 4. Just try a different option. If that doesn't work shut down tantrack disconnect you cables from your Pro. Reconnect your cables then restart your computer and TT. The support is worth it - TT has to be the most user friendly software and the cost of their support is minimal. |
