DO NOT switch to them.

urgghh it might be to late i already signed everything. i wont be sending thru the internet though....wonder if its just a prob if sent thru internet!

It may be only net. Apparently Helios ISP sucks so we all suffer.

have you had discussions with helios people in the past concerning this. whats their response or solution....... or excuse?

I've only been opened since mid July. 4 times down and 3 have been their ISP. I haven't decided what I'm going to do.
