I guess at least he didn't lie and make up something-like the ISP is down. Or maybe they've maxed that one out for the month. |

Instead of spending several days a year for the rest of your life dealing with Helios problems, switch NOW to another software company so you don't have to deal with this crap anymore. I did and and not only is the new software a million times better, they denfinetly don't have total bull#$% things like this happen! |

Rep Power: 0 | Re: Helios CC Down I switched to Sunlync but I'm not here to sell that particular program, only to advise newbies that there are several out there that work a million times better than Helios. Belvedere is right - every software will have it's issues, but at Helios they seem to be far worse because they don't give a crap about their clients and they lie constantly about what things don't work, how to fix them, and what your options are. There are ZERO ethics at Helios, so the problems are exaccerbated. Before I left Helios, the President of the company actually told me that fixing a problem that I was having with the software wasn't a concern to him because he knew that me switching programs would be much more of a hassle than dealing with their bug. The arrogance was astonishing. I was gone within a month of that. |

Rep Power: 20 | Re: Helios CC Down I called Chase today and informed them of the problems. They said they would look into it. You can still process directly to them if Helios goes down. Only change you have to make is in the settings so when you select 3 for credit card it doesn't default asking you for a credit card. It doesn't cost any more to process directly to Chase.
