no....I don't know where my cd is anymore.research....on what....the laws? we aren't STEALING the contracts so much s we're HONOURING them. with their salon closed, they have no place to tan. they are all the workout and tan types since the gym(where the salon islocated) is in such an inconvenient location for any other kind of client except nearby workers. so me being the only other gym/tan combination facilities within a 15 minute drive. they are HAPPY to come my way. especially since thir discounted 30 a month contracts are valid at my salon. which is open longer, has more parking, more beds that are 10 years newer. my clients pay 10+ dollars more a month. so to them I'm a hero. same with GOLDS because guess where all these folks want to work out now? I'm happy for the extra revenue. the owners are happy to at least get rid of the salon. the only people who AREN'T happy is the other health clubs owners because the whole thing is kind of emberassing! haha

For backups I have the girls copy the DATA directory onto a flashdisk every night, just overwrite the one from the night before, and then take the flashdisk out and put it at front counter at the gym. So even if theres a fire in the salon its not lost.

Never had to use that utility......
