Helios 11.5 entering Inventory

I have tried almost everything, and Helios support leaves you on hold forever. Can someone tell me how I enter my inventory into Helios? I got all the other aspects down except inventory, and how to reset the beds through Helios. I can start them but not reset them.

HELP PLEASE!!!!!!
I open tomorrow for the first time.

Thanks

Re: Helios 11.5 entering Inventory

If you set up your inventory using UPC codes you will find a utility at the bottom of the Management drop down ... Receive Inventory via UPC ... it is very easy to use

If not ... then go into sales codes ... bring up the desired Sales Code ... go to Inventory Adjustment tab .. that is were you adjust your inventory

The action could be RECEIVED ... AUDIT IN whatever ... actions like AUDIT OUT subtract so do not put adjustment in negative (that will add).

On RESET ... are you talking about after a bed is cleaned ... you do the reset on the bed and that should be communicated to HELIOS via the Timer Manager.

Hope this helps ...
