HELP...In need of Tan Track Version 2.4.6 ASAP

Hi...something happened to our TanTrack System and we can no longer access any reports or even view the customers for the day. We can only use the sales page and the waiting list. :-( We are in need of the Tan Track CD Rom 2.4.6. Does anyone know where we can get one? PLEASE!!!!!

I am assuming your year is up with nichsoft. You need to pay your dues and they will e-mail the updates to get you back up and running. Yeah you really need to read the fine print...

We aren't trying to get updates, just a copy of the CD to replace what we have lost. We have had TanTrack for 2 years now and this is the first time it has happened. Something crashed in the computer and won't let us access the reports. Thanks for your input though!!

haha..ummm...I don't know. My boss misplaced it. :-( I should know better than to leave anything w/him!! haha We have the newer version but in order to fix these issues, we need the older one. ugg...
