HELP...In need of Tan Track Version 2.4.6 ASAP - Page 2

It should tell you the version right when you open tan track. AND...he gave me the wrong version which we need!! LOL We need 2.4.5...I think. ug....

Why can't Nichesoft send you a copy or have you download it from their site? Doesn't make sense to me. We don't have a CD here, we have the dongle thingy you have to have to run tan track and such.

Honestly..I dont know why they can't send us a copy. I'm sure he has talked to them but right now I am the middle man cuz working on a half ***'d system STINKS! It makes our job so much harder. I have to go person by person to see who bought what since we can't run commission reports!!! :-(

From what I understand she needs an older version in order to restore the program.

Are you current with your service agreement with Nichsoft? I have the version which I downloaded 2 years ago at the salon. I'll check it when I go there this morning and if it's what you need, I'll let you use it. Ok, ok.
