Unhappy TanTrack ERROR??

TanTrack is not letting me start one of my beds due to "ERROR"

I have tried just about everything in my power to resolve the problem. I can manually start my bed...so it's not the bed with an ERROR.
My main timer box...CompuSUN is working properly for all other beds....
What gives??? My "tech-support" has expired...so in order to get any answers from TanTrack...I must pay $250. I was told otherwise....sorry we can't help you.
I'm a little upset....I just replaced an acrylic...and put in new bulbs for this bed.. Now my bed is just sitting there!..Meanwhile, i'm losing business and patience.

Have you tried unplugging and replugging the T-Max?

sometimes that clears everything up for me.

I have turned the main breaker off to the whole salon. I have turned off the breaker that is only for "bed 4"
'CompuSun- Intellitan CCS III' is the timer box that my beds are all connected to by means of "daisy chain".
It has been compatible with TanTrack for the 3 years that I've used it.
Unplugged....Plugged.....Unplugged...lol . Still nothing.
Waiting List ....Bed 4 : ERROR
All other beds : Available
I've gone to Set-up....Beds....Bed 4.... checked settings....etc, etc...
On the Intellitan Timer Box....Bed 4 is N/A.

I could be that the communication chip in the timer for bed 4 has gone bad.

If bed 4 is showing N/a on the controller, this is NOT a Tantrack problem. Bed number 4 is not reporting back to the Compusun controller.

Check the address on bed 4 (the timer in the room in the tanning bed). Make sure it is set to the correct address. Check your cable connections (the telephone type connection) on the timer in the room. If it is a back bone, check the connection on the phone cable going into the call as well. then cycle power to the Compusun controller.

If this does not fix the problem you more than likely have a problem with the timer in the Sundash tanning room. Possibly a communications chip.
