need help, T-MAX manager not logging hours?

Guys I could use a little help and advice trouble shooting my tmax manager, its not a pro, but when I go in to read the hours, some beds are not recording and still showing 0 0 in field 7 and 8 after a month, others are. I cant seem to figure out what is going on, as every room has a Tmax 3A, all daisy chained to the manager.

Maybe its me?, perhaps I am doing something wrong, but for full disclosure here is what I am doing:
push start/stop under 1 & 8, get the numbers and I release;
set bed 5 to number 6 (lamp hours)
set bed 6 to bed number I want to read, push start/stop on bed 6 to give me the lamp hours in bed 7 & 8 fields.

change bed 6 to next bed and push start/stop on bed 6 again to get the next beds hours, etc etc etc. then hit change display to exit out of read mode.

but not all beds seem to be logging the hours into the manager, any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Close but you are not checking the lamp hours correctly. You are backwards in the displays 5 and 6.

Display 5 is the bed number you want to check. Press the Set button to make display 5 the bed number.

Display 6 is the parameter number. Press the Set button under display 6 until display 6 reads a 6 (lamp hours).

Press the Start/Stop button under display 6. The lamp hours will appear in displays 7 and 8.
