Unhappy Helios sales code help

I'm trying to set up a minute code where I can sell so many minutes with a per minute charge. The problem I'm having is that it keeps sending the time straight to the bed without any delay time.
Does someone know what I'm doing wrong?

Thanks....

Re: Helios sales code help

actually, I have asked this question wrong.

what is happening is:

I need to setup a code that will charge per minute for a walk in tan.
I have it set up, but when it asks me for what bed # and amount of time, it then rings out the amount and sends the time straight to the bed.
I would rather it adds the minutes to the persons account and then when ready, I can key the time to the bed.
Is this possible?

Thanks.

Re: Helios sales code help

yes ...

... do not enter a Tan Time ... that is what is starting the bed

... Set the default price as the amount per minute ... as CONSTANT

... on the Pkg/Mbr tab on the appropriate Minutes accumulator for the minutes being purchased set the type to V for Variable (that will cause the prompt for number of minutes being purchased) ... set the Amount Add to the MAXIMUM amount you want the client to be able to purchase this way.

Now this assumes you have your Accumulators (or at least 1 of them) set up for the type of minutes you wish to sell. ... if you have different types of minutes, you may need more than one accumulator to store them.
