Need some help

I currently have 7 tanning units and a mystic. I am running helios and t-max timers in the salon.

here is the issue:
I have tanning beds in rooms 1,2,3,4 6,7,8,. Room #5 is the Mystic. I do not have the external t-max controller that should have been supplied with the mystic. Last night we added a bed to room number 8 (there was never a bed in this location). Problem is, I need to have the t-max/helios pick up all of the room including the mystic.

I played with this all night trying to figure out a way, but now I do not have the mystic online at all. all of the other rooms are on where they should be, but once I got into the setup mode of the t-max.....i lost the mystic.

do I have no other option but to buy and external t-max for the mystic? or is there another way of being able to get it back on with the system.

As far as I know, you do need the external T-max to assign that room number in the manager.

Your best bet this morning will be to talk to Tech Support at Applied Digital.

Sorry I could not help you last night, but Applied Digital have such great support I have never bothered to learn more than the very basics about TMax.

Thanks for taking my call last night Andy. I really appreciate your efforts.

I did call T-max and they said to call mystic:)

Mystic said the only way to do it was to buy the remote t-max from them (applied digital does not sell them).....so $114 later, I should be in business tomorrow.
