Manager and Beds acting up.

Bed #4 a sundash 2 bed was set for 15 minutes. The bed shut on and then quickly shut back off. We could not reset the bed time because the T-max manager would shriek each time we tried to input any time. Someone had told us to input time 00 and then try to reset it. This worked, but it happened again at a later time frame. A few days went by with no problems and then bed#15 and ETS sunstar bed set for 12 minutes did the exact same thing. The board made a shriek and I turned to see that the person I had just put in had a yellow/orange light on their bed and then it quickly went to green as if it was clean. I tried to reset the bed as I had before because I knew that something had went wrong. It would not let me erase the time and start over. It was if the 12 minutes was locked in and all it would let me do was hit enter. I have never had these issues, and I am worried about what the problem is. We have 18 beds and can't afford any downtown at the moment. All help would be appreciated.

Re: Manager and Beds acting up.

I was looking to see what your manager was doing in the bed.

Since we are talking about the Tmax, I got nothing...

Re: Manager and Beds acting up.

It sounds like something that happened to us last year....we had 2 beds that would randomly flicker on...then the "shreik".....we ended up getting a new timer and have not had a problem since.
