"double-dipping" and 24 hour rule

Hoping someone has an "easy" solution. We are using the helios software, (the older one version 9) and we offer "double-dipping" a spray tan and a regular tan in same day. With the 24 hour rule , the computer wont let us put them in twice. Even though for the room set up for the spray tan is set at "0" for hours between use. I've tried everything I can think of and it won't let me enter them twice. Is there a way around this ?

Don't you get a pop up message stating soemthing like. "This member has already tanned once today. Do you wish to allow them to tan again?"

Temporarily set what ever bed she tanned in to zero and reset it after you put her in!

It's the only way.

I get a pop up message. It gives me the option to allow them to "tan" twice.

I do get the same pop up saying they already tanned once. Then when I say yes and proceed with the sale it says they have to wait till the next day. I wasnt sure I should give employees the password to temp. reset hours. But if that the only way, I will. Thanks for your input !

ubtan .... do you have a tick box on the equipment defaults ... just below Delay Time .... for UV Free

I can not remember the version that was added ... but if you have it ... that will do it ... you set it on the Spray unit.

and set the hours between use on the spray unit to 0 ...

That should do it.
