version 11.4 use Helios Back Office feature.

Older versions, best way to get all info, is with MS Access, a program included in MS Office Pro.

Re: extracting e-mails in helios

I have 11.4 and I was told there was no way to do it. I've had to grab the data from different reports and copy them onto excel and then copy them to the address line. It sucks but it works eventually.

#1 Use BackOffice. Works perfectly time after time. You can use local host or remote internet access to get the info out of database.

Been doing it for over two years now.

I also have MS Access 2000 installed, and used to get it out that way with version 9.4.
