Helios Expiring Minute Report

Is there a report within Helios that I can generate for expiring minutes per client? This would allow my employees to call the customer, send a note or email to let them know that they still have minutes and they are getting ready to expire.

Re: Helios Expiring Minute Report

same report available in V11

Also with V11 Back Office SQL Wizard ... you could write an extract for just the info you want with the Client Name and Phone # on the same report

Re: Helios Expiring Minute Report

Can labels for mailings be generated from the same extracted information thru the back office or would this require another type of extraction. Thanks

Re: Helios Expiring Minute Report

The way I would approach labels is as follows:

Use Back Office to extract the clients and info you want for the call list.

If you also want to do a mailing then also extract the address info. Any Back Office extract can them be exported to Excel.

Use Microsoft Word and do a mail merge from the export excel file to create Labels and/or form letters

Re: Helios Expiring Minute Report

Personally, I would not tell them minutes are expiring, but rather come on in now for extra savings on a new package and add an additional year onto any existing packages.

Win-Win scenario, rather than just getting them in with no additional monies changing hands.
