Are you sending out to people that are not real close? Or are you in an area where there are different zips close by?

I am in a big city, so the zip codes change every couple of blocks.....I am trying to target a specific area of the city for a promotion

there is no way to do it... suggest to nichesoft maybe they will add it.. :)

on the subject of tan track.... where do you get your "true sales" from? We have always used a till, and balanced till to tantrack. Till reported total sales, gst collected, pst sales pst collected. We have recently started using a cash drawer and receipt printer, and havent been able to make it balance yet. The gift certificate thing is screwing us up. You dont have the money in tantrack till the gift certificate is redeemed. We must be looking in the wrong place to find out how to balance. We never had variances over a buck when we used till, the last couple weeks trying to balance its been all over the place.

Shantilly.... let's say someone buys a $100 GC with cash. You will show the cash the day they purchase it. Then, when they redeem the GC it shows up on your sales report as GC redeemed, but you do not count that as that would be double. When you close out or "z" out, your receipt totals will be the correct amount......make sense? Of course, if you have eft's that will not show on the "z" report.
