tantrack not starting

this is the 3rd day my tantrack is not working.... Yesterday they solved the problem now with the holiday weekend the are not returning calls until dec 26th...

My error mesage says Im missing something.. its been working fine for almost 2 months now this... Has anyone ever had this problem.... I updated to the latest version and still nothing...

if you go to the update page there is a windows fix you can download...i had probs with it wekk ago..no probs since i downloaded the windows fix

ok..here is what they talked me through...go to their hoomepage, updates, then OS updates, then the windows installer bug-cleanup utility. it worked for me...good luck
