Tantrack need help fast!

Pen fell behind puter, I drove home (45 min drive) Something happen to tantrack program once i left. Now it is saying the feature you are trying to use is on a CD-ROM or other removable **** that is not available (that pops up when i open tantrack). I dont want to have to drive back to salon...any ideas???????

Is your Dongle not in all the way? sometimes mine gets jiggled and needs to be taken otu and then put back in and the restart your computer.

tried that :(
so right when i turned comp back on this poped up ...."the file 'aksusb.sys' on Aladdin install disk is needed. Type the path where the file is located, and then click OK.

grrr,,,, call me back tantrack please

thats wierd because the software is loaded onto the hard drive, if the dongle was out it would just go into demo - mode. Do you have an extra cd-rom they can pop in? Or maybe you can have the salon log into the nichesoft website to get the latest version updates? I think they were just released last week.

I agree with hoptan. This doesn't sound like a TanTrack issue. It would just go into demo mode.

What is an Aladdin Installation disc? nothing to do with TanTrack that I know of.

did the upgrades last week. Hubby drove back to salon, he said he deleted a bunch of old programs today he thought were useless....grrrr...must have something to do with it. Tantrack still opens in demo mode only.

Can the deletions be reversed? If it's in Demo, it might merely be the key/dongle. Check it closely.

yes he put back everything he deleted, but still only opens in demo mode. dongle is in, having him try to do updates now
