There is another update out for Tantrack today.
If you husband removed some programs, he may have inadvertantly removed some dll files.
You might try unplugging and replugging everything back in.

Oh my. with my Helios in Demo you cannot make sales, but you can see all the info, so at least you can see what people have..........

I unplugged everything, plugged it all back in, removed and reinserted Dongle, rebooted pc. Came up showing new hardware found, install wizard reinstalled Dongle and Aladdin memory stick, downloaded latest updates again, yet TanTrack still only opens in Demo mode. In Demo it only shows first 7 customers in my customer list, yet when i go to my reports i can print out my customer visit report and sales report for the day up until whatever my staff did to the pc. It shows customers visiting that aren't in my customer list at present because of fact it is in Demo. At one point it asked me for TanTrack disc so I put that in and it went through install wizard again for that. But still only opens in Demo, it's like it does not recognise the Dongle at all. Any ideas?

I am clueless, it doesn't appear to be reading the dongle IMHO.

maybe the port is bad? do you have another usb port to try?

I tried a cpl diff ports with it yes, same outcome, it's almost like the Dongle is not working, whatever it is supposed to do anyways?
