Dirty bed report in Helios

Is there a way to get the total times the beds were left dirty? (I think I demo'd a software that showed that but I can't find it in Helios.)

No ... there is no Dirty Bed report in Helios

It is something they have said they are considering for the future.

Suntouch does this. The only thing that it does is, when I come in, it tells me if the help is sitting on their butts waiting for all the beds to get dirty before they get up and clean a bed.

That is why I want it - to check on the staff. I guess Helios also doesn't have a feature for ad hoc reports either.

Yes it does have ad hoc reporting

It is called Back Office (formerly Web Reports)

It can also be utilized remotely away from your salon if configured to do so.

Tech Support will help you install and configure it .... it is on the V11 CD - called Back office.

You will need to install an optional component of Windows (IIS) for it to function.
