Suntouch Question for the pro's

I finally got my suntouch all setup, connected a Star TSP600 printer, and was able to get it working using the internal settings for the star200, but its layout is a little off.... anyone know what the settings would be for a tsp600 and how to get them setup in suntouch....

second side question, on the bottom of the appointment book is a "Missing" button, but I am unsure what this is for, as it does not seem to do anything... I was hoping it would give me a list of everyone who missed their appointment so I could levy NS charges, anyhelp on this button or function would be helpful
