updates?

each and every time we do a TanTrack update something stops working. This last update the epson printer and the credit card stopped working. I can't get them to work. HELP!

yeah I never update mine lol. the one time I did I had problems and had to call them for help... I didnt have support, they let me have it that one time no charge but told me next time I'd have to pay. so I stopped updating... it works fine, why do I have to update.... LOL
