New Electric

OK it looks like the FST timer will not be a problem, lets move on to the power to run the stand-up. three phase or single? I know it has to be hard wired. Need to know what to tell the electrion. 60 amp. breaker should be ok for single phase?

Re: New Electric

What? Why would you be asking single or 3 phase. What does your salon have ? If you have a choice 3 phase is better but you need to check what your salon or building has already. We put in a new system when we opened all equipment is 3 phase.

Re: New Electric

Yes..... we have 3-phase. Will need to run new wire to the room. Electrication said it would be no problem. I'm now in the market for a stand-up.

Thanks for all your help.

Re: New Electric

WHat model Suncapsule are you getting?
What size wire is run to the room now?
Weather a unit is three phase or single phase makes no difference in performance. Suncapsule can be field set to run single or three. If you go three phase, you will need two boosters, single only needs one. Also, a plug or disconnect needs to be installed in the room. Running power directly to a unit without a means of disconnecting it at the location is against code.
