Updating Helios need help.
Our pc has been down for a little while had some virus and bugs.While it was down we would write down all our sales on a piece of paper.
I would like to know if there is a way where we can go back into helios now and add sales that happened earlier. could someone please help thanks John |

or .... do not start using Helios live yet.
backdate the computer to the first day you have to enter ... enter the transactions for that day. move the date forward a day ... and enter that days transactions continue until up to date ... once you are up to date, then start using Helios live. |

What do you mean by Helios LIVE? HOw do I know if it's live or not? We've been using it for the past several years. I called Helios and was told that I cannot backdate more than 48 hours. So, if I need to put a transaction in that was sold say, last August of 2005, I keep getting a message that Helios detected a date error.
If I backdate the computer, the same thing happens. I just need to be able put in transaction and date them back a year or less. Any suggestions? |

I did that......it's still not working. I'm getting a notice that Helios has detected a date error, which means Helios is detecting that the computer is not the right date therefore will not let me enter the transactions. According to Helios you CANNOT put any transactions in prior to 48 hours.
