Helios Questions

Does anyone know if you can make Bonus Bucks expire after 30 days in Helios? Also, what's the price grid used for? Can you have more than 6 packages if you relate them to a new sales code (not just the t code but like a tlvl1 code)? Any help would be greatly appericated :)

Re: Helios Questions

Bonus Bucks do not expire.

however ... if you are not using all of your Accumulators (the 6 buckets) ... you could assign one to be "Super Bucks" or whatever name you wish. Then use the Pkg/Mbr tab to add values into that accumulator when the client purchase certain sales codes .... and then use those "Super Bucks" for other Pkg/Mbr activity ... this would not work for lotions purchase normally (unless you get tricky with Lotion club or the like).

Price Grid allows you to handle up to 8 memberships on one sales code, plus the related impact on Session Packages and Single Sessions (using the Value pricing functions on packages and single sessions).

Re: Helios Questions

thanks!! so what is the difference between the price grid and money grid then?
Also, If we have 8 memberships on one sales code now, we can add more memberships if we create a new sales code. Is that correct?
And what is an accumlator? :(

Re: Helios Questions

Money Grid allows for different pricing for the use of different levels of equipment based on up to 6 levels of Tanning Dollars purchased in advance.

Yes ... you can have more than one sales code dealing with price grid for additional Memberships or other special functions

Accumulators - the up to 6 "buckets" on the Client Profile to track Packages purchased and the use thereof.

... if you need additional assistance, contact Helios Tech Support

As an alternative, I would be pleased to be of assistance, fees apply

Re: Helios Questions

If you are paying for Helios call their Tech support because you are paying for support, not to run their program.
