I just need to know how well it is working and if there is a delay in pulling up information at the second location if you are not using a server. Any info would be helpful - I just tried to switch to Centrix and it is a nightmare.(to say the least) I am wanting to switch back to Tantrack but my computer guy says it is also a bad idea if you do not have a server. PS - anyone thinking of centrix I would say wait a year until they have the bugs workd out. |

Their tech support on Centrix rocks - assuming you have 3 1/2 hours to wait for a call back and it is between the hours of 9am - 5pm. (and any 1 of the 3 people that work with the system are available) Why call tech support though? I already have the answer to any question you may ask - "Operator Error" If that's not worth $49.99 per location per month I don't know what is. |
