Helios-Appointment book

Is anyone currently using the appointment book in Helios 11.4? We have been trying it but it seems to take more time than using our old paper-appointment book. Any suggestions or comments would be appreciated.

I agree with you, easier just to write it down manually, especially if you are in the middle of a sale and can't even access the Helio's book (V9.4 anway).

CORRECT .... and it will even get worse as you get busier

Unless you have 2 or even three workstations at the counter, you will have conflict between talking to someone at the counter or on the phone about an appointment and trying to service clients and put them into beds at the same time.

Sometimes a simple manual approach is FAR better ... this is one of those times.

could never figure out how to work it - let alone use it - now we don't take appointments at all...

We also tried to use it and agree that the paper method is more effective. It is something that Helios should definitely work on.
