Unhappy Helios sales code

I am trying to simplify my sales codes and want to set up one code to for clients tanning on sessions that will calculate the difference in price for the different levels of tanning. I am trying to configure the price grid but its not working. I want it to deduct a session in a base bed and charge the client the difference not deduct partial sessions. Can this be done??

Re: Helios sales code

No ... is the short answer.

Price Grid is based on the VALUE pricing function.

You assign a Value (walk in - single session price) to the units in each Accumulator (that you wish involved) and the appropriate Value (walk in - single session price) to each Bed Type. This VALUE can be per session or per minute (unit).

The system takes it from there ... calculates the VALUE of the tanning session and deducts that from the appropriate accumulator. It will deduct from a matching value accumulator first and if none, will deduct from the top accumulator down until it has enough value to satisfy the tanning session. If there is not enough value in all the accumulators it will take what is available and charge the remaining amount.

Re: Helios sales code

You can of course do what you are describing apart from the Price Grid ... but you will need multiple sales codes to do it without using the Value function with or without the price grid.

Re: Helios sales code

Are you wanting to just use one code for like base beds. Such as just the code USE (which would be the code to use a reg. base bed session)? Or just one code for all beds?

Re: Helios sales code

Use one code for each level of bed.

Then use the price grid to determine discounts, or included w/membership, pricing for each membership

ex>

Code=A Bed Level 4 (Best Beds)
Code=B Bed Level 3 (Better Beds)
Code=C Bed Level 2 ('eh, just ok beds)
Code=D Base or Entry Level Bed (you gotta be bored, or broke to tan in this)

notice how the 'Grade' denotes better beds ???
