Re: TanTrack

You can get a cable that plugs into the USB port and then plug the dongle into that or just plug the dongle into a different port. Most computers have USB ports on the front and back of the computer.

If it still works, don't mess with it.

Re: TanTrack

I had the same issue with mine. Put the "handle" back in the slot. You can slightly tilt and apply pressure to the dongle and it will bring out the metal clip. Then you can push in the sides and it should hold together again. I then moved mine to a external USB multi port and it no longer gets "kicked".

Re: TanTrack

Get it out and get a belkin with a cord and toss it behind the PC or a safe spot so no one will steal it or damage it. Our PC's are built into the counter and we have a our external hard drive in a lock box and I we also do off site back up's. Your database is something you don't want to loose incase of fire or theft. A bit off topic but everyone should be doing something like this.

Re: TanTrack

I just started using tan track and can't figure out how to get a list of my active customers with the remaining minutes on their account. Anyone out there using this program figured this out?

Re: TanTrack

Click on customers, reports, then customer list, then active clients?
