Another Helios ?

Why is it that when I manually set the T-Max manager Pro all my beds come on just fine, But when I have my manager hooked up to Helios, they are paused when the count down is done.

The customer has to hit the start button on them to start, they don't come on automaticaly.

Re: Another Helios ?

I assume that by "they are paused when the count down is done" you mean the delay time.

In System Settings on the Peripheral Tab just below the Digital Timer selection is a tick box ... Start Lamps Automatically ... you need to tick the box to select that option. The tan time counts down regardless ... some salons want the client to start the lamps, others want the lamps to start automatically after the delay time ... your choice.
