NEED HELP WITH TAN TRACK

I am currently running the latest version of tan track. The question is about EFT processing we are new salon we have been open a month and it now about time to bill some eft's that we set up over the past month but i go to the eft processing screen and no accounts show for processing when there should be some i have played with all the options i can find and still get nothing i am somewhat computer savvy so i usually figure things out but i in nedd of some help here and as anyone with tan track knows coustomer support is crap so any advice would be great

Did you make sure that you have the little box checked in the package when you set it up. "Utilizes EFT" ?

Also make sure that it says that the package is only good for 1 month.
This triggers the software to charge the client for the coming month.

Sherin, thank you for the advice i checked both and still not working, if im not mistaken all i should have to do is pulled the eft processing screen each day and it should show what needs to process? or is there something else i need to do?

You shouldn't have topull any screen up, it does then automatically.

At least mine does! Are you sure your Credit Card Processor is compatable with TanTrack?

Im using pc charge pro purchaed from nichesoft with tan track, hmmm
does it notify you when it runs the efts? because i had one to run yesterday and it didnt do it, i looked at the customers account it showed it inactive so ran it manually today

Yes, every morning, it tells me that ther are 4 or 5 to process and asks me if I want to run them.

If I click yes, it shows a screen with all of the names and then if there are some that were declined before, I can run them as well.
