yeah thats the screen i was referring to but mine shows up blank when it should show the efts to be processed hmmm

No familiar with the program and the EFT portion, but go back to the EFT peripherials and make sure everything you need to check off is checked off.

if you havent fixed your prob. I think you might have to check your dates... if you have changed that... than you might have to change it to tomorrows date and wait till tomorrow to process.

I have a prob. too... I have couples that used the same card and today I had one, but when the second one was to be processed it says.... declined... duplicate.

does anyone know how to take care of this? If not.... ill call them tomorrow.

Some machines will also let you force the sale anyway.
