Helios Thin Client

Is anyone else who has existing salons, as frustrated with Helios as I? We have 3 locations and are working on # 4&5, wanted to be networked before #3 opened (12/05) but it just did not work out that way, so we do it the bad way (call other stores) as it would cost nearly $3,000 to build a bare bones MS Sever with ALL of the requirements that Helios say to run for 3+ locations, and I have been told by my sales rep lady at Helios, March 2006 for existing Salons, I actually spoke with Tony in April, and was told June 2006 for the beta testing and conversion tool to be completed, then it was July, now Maybe September 2006 and was told again my sales lady to just EMAIL Tony, and complain, but it most likely not do any good. The even better part is none of my existing hardware (Purchased from Helios) with work, so I will have to buy a new Thin Client machine, receipt printer, some back up dial out box so if DSL dies you can still tan a customer, all for the low low price of $899 per store. What a bargain. Has anyone else jump ship from Helios to say Salonxpert that has multiple locations, and compare the ease of use, as I find Helios a no brainer and can be run by your average employee. Aggravated in Nevada
