help with tantrack software - tanTALK

I hope someone can help. One of my employee's that I hired to manage one of my salons has accidently messed up the password that I had set on tantrack. She does not know how or what she did and now we cannot get into the system to add or delete anything. I can't check employee hours nothing! Does anybody know how to get back into it?

Did she have the master/owner password? SHe should have just had her own and your's is the one to make all changes.

Sandigirl, thanks for your help. I fixed it thou. I went in and just kept quessing different slight variations of what it was suppose to be and got it!

Make sure you have your own that does all and then give her her own. That way YOU can change her's if it happens again.
