Re: bottom half bulbs not working

Yes, I think a wire has come loose on a ballast. If it worked fine before you moved it, then it should have a blown ballast. What are you talking about on the fuses. Do you mean the starters by the lamp holders? There are some fuses on the SV24 but they are in the canopy (2 of them) but that wouldn't have anything to do with your issue. If you can pull the plastic down far enough to get to all the wires in the ballast, I would do that, but if you can't get to each of the clearly then I would go the hard route of flipping over the bench and getting to them that way.
