Calling all Suntouch Plus users - techs

Anyone know of the import map for suntouch / suntouch plus? I have 1300+ card based clients that I would like to move over to suntouch, problem is it would be hard and time consuming to key each one in and run from both paper and computer at the same time.

thinking that I may be able to say, close for a day, get all the staff to sit down and type in key info on several computers, merge together and do one large import into suntouch / suntouch plus. We would loose the history, but as long as I can get the customer info, package purchase / date and minutes remaining we should be able to switch from paper to software quickly.

any help or ideas appreciated

No reason to close for a day, just enter your most active clients first. Then enter everyone else as they come in.

not as efficient....

Anyone Know if there is an upgrade fee or if you can upgrade from Sun Touch to Salon Touch, given that they will not be upgrading Sun touch anymore and moving to Salon Touch only??
