On my old helios i could change the date and go back and change commission from one person to another.

I fired a girl yesterday and for the month of may i had rung things up in her name. She is not on commission. The extra money was going to be a bonus for doing a good job. If she has been fired she has not done a good job so no bonus. I would like to give the money to other employees that have done a good job. Can the chnge be made? I could to it by hand but i would rather it be done in the computer.

The Employee to receive Commission on the Commission report comes from the Comm_Recep field ... which is editable thru Transaction Management.

BUT ... man that seems like a lot of work for something that you could just manually divide up from the Commission report. ... there are three field ... Cashier, Performer and Comm Recep ... commission related to the last field only

You will do many times the work (hours depending on the number of transactions) for something that will take minutes by hand.

How that is the technical response ... why you would give commission to someone that did not sell it ... I will not even go there.

I dont get commission so as a bonus to the bed cleaners i make sure they get some.

Use to i could just go in and change the date and do what i wanted - can this not be done? I will do it by hand if it cant be done this way.

I agree with Andy that would be an awfull lot of work. You could do a commison report for her under that month and then divide it among whomever I guess.
