USB Barcode Scanner

If anyone is interested I found a USB Barcode scanner that works just like a PS2 keyboard wedge scanner for about $50 bucks. I rebuilt my computer and the new mother board is all usb no PS2. If you are interested I'll send you the info.

another alternative is to just pick up PS2 -> USB adapters for ~$10

That doesn't always work. PS2 to USB woould most likely fail on a scanner while it works fine for keyboards, mice and the like. It's cheap to try though to find out. I know that it doesn't work with Metrologic Voyager series scanners.
