VENTING FST TIMER ! - tanTALK

OMG ..so I am on vacation in Florida.. my employees call me to tell me that power got messed up bc of thunderstorms ... Timer is not working and cant get into the software.. Had to close up shop tonight! Can you believe this????

I got in touch with FST with 2 minutes to spare to overnight another one out to me... My freaking luck!!!

I finally get 1 day off and get to be far away from the business.. NOw I cant sleep...

I told her to get everyones name and give them a free session for tomorrow. Cant blame us for the weather, right?

Are you kidding?! Free sessions?!!! The weather wasn't your fault! So now you're going to lose even more money, and probably reap the customer loayalty rewards and referrals b/c you chose to take care of your customers. That's positively outrageous customer service! I applaud you. You might even offer them a free upgrade for their trouble, and sell the **** out of it at the same time. Sorry to hear about your bad luck. You need to figure out how to run those things manually. I could probably tell you if you want. And as much as I hate FST systems (in principle - it's like a Ford/Chevy thing for me), hats off to Hap for getting you taken care of. Ok, try to relax. Count lotion bottles jumping over the counter or something. Hope this helps. -Belvy

Ok.. well after speaking to my employee everyone has a package except for one person so i told them i would either extenbd their monthly pkg 1 day or give them an upgrade.. they all came intoday and took the upgrade ... Everything is back up and running thank god... Thanks Belvy... ONly me while Im on freaking vacation...
