Re: deleted customer on sunease help!!
Not sure regarding Sunease ... but most applications with Database backends, it would not be possible. Client #'s are not reused
... now going directly into the Database, all things are possible ... could be dangerous territory unless you know what you are doing. ... likely best to just set up the client anew and go from here. ... someone with Sunease knowledge may be able to help, only thing I have ever done with Sunease is convert users off of it .... no reflection on the application intended, just the only experience with it I have had. |

Re: deleted customer on sunease help!!
Try to reset the program from My Computer file. If not, check your back-up's to see if they are up to date. Test the back-up on another computer with SunEase. If the tanner is there, just back-up your files from there. But, like West Side said, it's too late now if you're doing it today.

Re: deleted customer on sunease help!!
with respect .... even the same day, restoring from a backup from the prior night losing all transactions and work for today to get back one customer ... to me that would be rather counter productive.
