Computer/Software Glitch
Every week on Thursday morning at 11:00 am my computer loses an hour. This is the third week it has happened. I contacted SunTouch support and was told to change the computer battery which I did after it happened last week. Today, at exactly the same time it happened again. It showed that currently tanning customers had 75 minutes of tan time remaining. T-Max showed proper times and beds shut off as scheduled but the cumputer screen showed them still having huge amounts of time remaining. I went into control panel and reset the clock. Why is this happeneing?

Re: Computer/Software Glitch
Is your system set to sync time with a time server and perhaps your system is set with the wrong time zone.
Windows Clock has the ability to check Internet Time ... if it is set to do it ... it would do it weekly at the time it was engaged to do it ... check the Time Zone you are set to .... right click on the clock ... bottom right corner if Task Bar is at bottom of your screen ... assuming Windows XP ... Adjust Date/Time ... second tab is Time Zone. Just a shot in the dark ... |
