SunEase HELP

ok, I am running SunEase and I am getting an error between the computer and the Tmax and timer on the bed. I set the client for the 15 minutes the computer shows 15 but the tmax and the timer on the bed sets to 7. I have checked the set up for this bed and it shows all the right elements, 15 minute maximum time average time 15 minutes. However when I go to the menu that shows the last tanner how long she was set does not match the time that I set the client in the computer. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, it is only on this one bed. Thank you.

Re: SunEase HELP

You may have to reassign the room? Sounds like there's a short in the wire.

Re: SunEase HELP

You may want to try and reinstall the tanning bed monitor for the Tmax timers. You can download it with instructions from the FST web site at the following url
