us cav, if all the facials went out at the same time, I would believe its either the facial contactor or a switch. I really don't know this unit well but your best bet would be to call future. I left the number and web site above.

Re: I need help.... with tannig bed tec support
Most of the Muellers I've had experience with all have a "safety circuit" that prevents the lamps from lighting if it isn't engaged. The circuit uses a thin, spring-loaded metal wire which gets pushed in when the filter glass is put back in. Does this unit have anything like that?

Re: I need help.... with tannig bed tec support
Not sure if you are still having this problem, but as said above, the metal wire must be in between the 2 plates of glass, not on the outside of them. Also, these lamps cannot have any oil on them (as happens with touching them directly), so when you replaced them, if they were touched (rather than like using a towel), then likely you have blown the bulb. More likely though, is that the metal wire is not in place properly. Also, a problem we experienced once was that the 'safety' feature on these beds for the facials is actually the (almost putty-looking) substance that forms around the glass plate (looks like a circuit board wire pattern). If these are 'broken' (meaning there is a break in the pattern, not like an actual break in the glass), then they won't work. The whole piece of glass will need to be replaced then and it actually has nothing to do with the bulb itself. Hope you find a solution!!
