HELP just changed bulbs and some wont light up!!

I am changing bulbs in my beds and I did the first bed sunday. I changed them out and turned it on and there are 5 bulbs that wont light up all the way they just flicker a little. I changed the bulbs thinking maybe bad bulbs, no such luck get the same thing. Is it the starters? I have soliel sollux 32.3 beds 100watt bulbs. I have the proper bulbs I know that.

Turn the lamps side to side till they stay lit.

IBtannin, I have that same bed and also did a bulb change and had to replace 4 starters.

missy was that on one bed? cause I checked out the rest of the beds I have not changed yet and there are 2 with at least 3 LAMPS the same way!

We change starters every time we relamp...never had a problem.....Soo
