Sunease help

OK I mtrying to return a product that was discounted.. It wont let me.. I click in the item then discount amount and it adds itto th return instead of deducting it? What should I do? HELP ME

Try this

Go to sale then to return a product. After you choose the product select discount then select discount type (Product) then select total and the method you are refunding the product.

i tried that and it adds the discount so if i am returnign $60 in products but there was $5 off it is crediting $65.. not $55...

well thanks for the help... :) .....I figured it out.. it lets me do it when i put a % off for the discount but doesnt work if I dedcut a dollar amount.. FYI..

That is the way I was applying the discount. I didn't try is with the a $ amount discount.

yeah when it was purhcaed i took $5 off.. so i had to do the same with the return and it wouldnt let me... I had to do retunr with % off not a $ amount.. weird but i did it !
