had a bed showing it was in cool down mode,I dont use that so how did it show up? Showed one dot on the T-max,checked the room number,s and the port numbers and they had changed ,Bed #11 was on Bed # 9,#9 did not start when we tried to start Bed #11,#11 would just go to cool down mode,wHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON?????

What beds, and are using 3A remote wall boards in the rooms? The address changes you talked about - in the computer or on the manager?

sun capsule is bed 11,sonnenbraune bed #9, 3A remote timers and the address in the computer

If the timer was showing a single dot, then you have cool down enabled on the timer in that room. You need to set parameter 13 on that timer to a 0.

I did not have the cool mode on the timer in that room,I think I have ghosts!!!
