Adnet error MGR sftware wont download

I have a T-max Manager, that has lost its program, I have tried to download it through Adnet, and the activity log says.

opening file:
file error:

I cannot find a Adnet for Windows xp, only 98,2000,NT. I am not sure if it my cable is fried or if I need a replacement to adnet, I have been using Helios 11 with no problems until this manager died.

thanks for your time

When you attach to the T-Max Manager in ADNET, there should be flashing lights on the lower left corner of the window. To the right will read a firmware version and application number. What are these numbers?

Re: Adnet error MGR sftware wont download

I am having one **** of a time. I am trying to get my T-max manager and Sunease software to work. It seems like the software is working, but I am lost on how to make the manager and 1A timer to turn on the beds. I have 2 beds that have a display on them so I don't need the timer and 1 that is using a 1A timer, but the beds without timers won't even turn on manually. Am I doing something wrong?

What does the T-Max Manager show in it's display? Does it show that it sees the T-Max 1As?

I don't think so. The tmax manager will turn on and show numbers 1-8 then go away and show 2 numbers under 7 and 8. Then it goes to dashes under every number and won't seem to do nothing. What should it display if it sees the 1A timers? Thanks for your help!

This means the T-Max Manager is not seeing any rooms. Check you modular cable connections between the manager and room 1. Then cycle power to the manager and see if it picks up your rooms.
