Helios Bonus Bucks/credit card split payments

I have emailed Helios this question but wanted to see if anyone else has the same problem or a way they deal with it.

Also I have a question about bonus bucks. I have a referral program that rewards clients with three bonus bucks for every referral. I have a problem with when they try to use them though. Most of my clients pay by credit card and when we try to do a split payment that involves credit cards and bonus bucks it causes their card to decline. How do we deal with this issue? Is there a sales code that can be made to transfer bonus bucks out of their account so that we can then do a discount for the correct dollar amount? I'm open to any suggestions, it has started to become a real problem. Also while I'm on the subject will prepaids effect credit card/split payments the same way that Bonus Bucks do?

What Version are you using?

11.4, I am also using their chase merchant account for CC processing, unless you are also using them you probably would not be having the same issues
