Yeah its ***... I still dont like helios... nothing works as it seems would be easy, its over complicated sometimes... I want to just pay the 300 bucks and have someone come in here, set it all up with me, show me what to do ... and go away :)

Shouldnt have to... its like saying my customers will get used to the substandard service. They will just go somewhere else.

If a big name brand like microsoft were to make this software... it would be far more user simplified.

It will get better cause it can't get worse. helios has alot of options to make you happy. Things that if not included you would be like "Hey why can't I run a report on how many people Tanned on upgrades?"

adam, if you have specific questions about things then feel free to ask. It took us a while to get used to Helios as well. The documentation can be sparse, but fortunately you have wealth of knowledge available on here. :)

I am just fustrated because it got so screwed up by the date problem, that my whole inventory is out of whack, same with everyones minutes and whatnot. Plus its not integrated with my EFT processor, so I have to be VERY watchful to make sure employees that I hire arent scamming the system. Plus I will have to watch every customer to make sure they pay, if they dont, the processing company informs me, but I have to then get into helios to make a note of it.

Once I get my inventory on track, and all my memberships and minutes all back on track it should be good. The other thing I hate is it comes clogged up with sales codes that I dont need, and I seem to be losing client files.

What files do you backup every night? I still havent backed up once.
